BRCA Box Drain Log ("the App") is developed and operated by Dreaming Crow Productions. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information in connection with your use of the App on your iPhone or iPad.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. BRCA Box Drain Log is designed with a privacy-first approach: all data you enter into the App is stored exclusively on your device and is never collected, transmitted, or shared with us or any third party.

Information We Do Not Collect

BRCA Box Drain Log does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Personal identifying information (name, email address, date of birth, etc.)
• Health or medical data of any kind
• Drain output measurements or log entries
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data

We do not have access to any information you enter into the App. We cannot see your drain logs, your PDF exports, or any other content you create.

How Your Data Is Stored

All data you enter into BRCA Box Drain Log — including drain readings, dates, notes, and patient information used in PDF reports — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device unless you choose to share it
• Is not backed up to any Dreaming Crow Productions server or cloud service
• May be included in your device's standard iCloud backup if you have iCloud backup enabled — this backup is managed entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy
• Is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App or use the App's Clear All History function

PDF Export & Sharing

The PDF export feature generates a drainage report on your device. You choose if, when, and with whom you share that report. Dreaming Crow Productions does not receive, store, or have access to any PDF reports you generate or share.

Third-Party Services

BRCA Box Drain Log does not integrate with or send data to any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or data brokers.

The App loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) for visual display purposes. This request may expose your device's IP address to Google as part of standard web font loading. No personal health data is involved in this request. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information about how Google handles font service requests.

Children's Privacy

BRCA Box Drain Log is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App does not collect any information from any user of any age.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Your Rights

Because BRCA Box Drain Log does not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. All data you have entered into the App exists only on your device and is under your full control.
